Walking into Paola's treatment room, it is clear upon the start that she is present to address your concerns. Her coursework included topics such as cadaver dissection, sports psychology, physiology, ergonomics, kinesiology and biochemistry of nutrition. This background combined with a massage certifications and mentorships laid the foundation for over 30 years of providing healing care to her clients.

To optimize patient well-being and address concerns, massage treatments may include:
-
biomechanic evaluation
-
movement therapy
-
corrective massage
Using these non-invasive techniques, the Center has had great success in relieving pain quickly and permanently enabling patients' return to everyday activities.

“My first need for massage was due to severe back pain and spasms resulting from overuse and injury. Paola's consistency and patience working toward healing was life changing. My stubbornness said I'd be out of the gym only for a couple of weeks; however, she knew better and it was over six months. It was like peeling back the onion of issues to get to the root of the pain. Once we did, holy smokes! Since then, she has worked on scar tissue, bunion issues, and recovery after multiple surgeries. She keeps this gal cookin' and aging gracefully!
