I have personally worked with Paola since 2005 and have been impressed with her knowledge of functional anatomy and her ability to ascertain a  problem and to restore mobility and strength as needed.  Working with Paola individually and in classes has provided a foundation for me in feeling fit and ready to continue an active lifestyle.

Pain Free Living

I came to see Paola with severe neck pain. I had already done physical therapy, seen two orthopedists and done two neck injections. I was facing a third neck injection, and if that didn't work, possible surgery to fuse the neck vertebrae. I have seen Paola steadily for a year and a half and now I am pain free. I am back to exercising — cross country skiing and aerobics classes. I am sleeping well and have my energy back. I cannot thank Paola enough for her expertise, skill and compassion.
